At webWHAK we strive to give you the 'All-in-One' Solution to convenience the customer. For this reason we provide extra features that many people would not want, but some may - enabling you to look to webWHAK for all your website needs. Hosting Extras
- SSL Certificates
- With increasing online theft and fraud, it is becoming more and more important to protect yourself and customers from the dangers of passing information online. To secure information passed over the web, you need to set-up an encryption between your website, and the user. We provide validated SSL certificates to give your users peace of mind when using your site.
- Dedicated IP Address
- A dedicated IP address gives you unique identification on the web. It can be useful for many purposes, but is necessary for a valid SSL certificate.
- Backup Service
- If you do not want to download and store backups on your local computer, or want an extra security policy then we offer a backup service where we will download and store files that you specify in two separate locations. These will then be made available to you on request.
Design Extras
- Updater Service
- For those who opt for a static site, or a site that cannot be administered online, we offer an updater service where you are entitled to a set number of hours of time for updates by our site designers. This can be cheaper than creating a dynamic system, however we do not recommend this for sites that require constant updating - please see more about dynamic sites or interactive systems in the design menu.
- System Management
- If you purchase an interactive system with us, then you may want someone to manage the complex parts or all of it for you rather than having to learn how to change things. You might even not have the time to do so. We will manage certain systems for you giving you time to do other things, and ensuring that you have someone you can contact at all times if there is a problem.
